For this apartment located in the historic heart of the city of Frascati, in an eighteenth-century building, the most important design challenge was trying to bring together valuable elements already present in the apartment (the old two-door door and the parquet solid oak laid in an Italian herringbone pattern) with contemporary design elements. We decided to unify everything from natural light and chose a soft color palette. Although the style chosen winks at the Scandinavian style, we have chosen to mix pieces from Northern Europe with pieces of Italian design to try to warm everything up.
