MIRALAGO, represents a new way of living interior design of a dated apartment, located in front lake and has a deep terrace. The starting point was the reversal between the sleeping area and day, offering the latter a continuous and direct relationship with Lake Garda. The brightness, the colors of the natural materials used in the project we find them on every surface, from wood to floors, to singles furnishings made of lacquered MDF, and then moving on to the use of marble with the use of breccia through the matrix of the Ceppo of Grè by Marini Marmi.
It is a house designed and conceived to be touched, where the material can express itself through its own fragile properties from a strictly technical point of view but decidedly e humanly closer to the human and environmental concept.
Each element has been thought of, studied and then designed for make the environment as simple as possible where the decoration is intended for furnishing accessories and for the furniture itself. We have thus created a simple, clean and perhaps concept limited to a few elements, the house has its own formalism and the color combination is the result of careful research aimed at match the aesthetic properties of the various elements used.
Sometimes beauty must be hidden, whispered. We didn't want to show the lake view in the entrance. We didn't want to restore the beauty of the lake a few moments but create curiosity, advance beyond the entrance to discover the wonder of what lies in front of us. This approach led to create a real entrance that leads the person to cross a real portal which, like a narrow passage, projects you onto the living room of this
apartment and just beyond the large windows do nothing but fill the eyes with a deep blue that Lake Garda can restore.
The chromatic impact is warm. The orange is evident but never arrogant because it filters a color that tends towards natural earths, such as cocciopesto, and then the
Concrete of the pillar, left as it is, that is load-bearing, strong and damn true. The pillar fits between the furniture, not we canceled it internally but exalted it and it falls within the color palette chosen for this intervention. The kitchen is part of the project, we integrated both from a plant engineering and stylistic point of view. The portal legives a certain importance and on it the instrumentation brings its climate control functions. The structure is in water-repellent white melamine, while the external part is in lacquered mdf and we chose a particularly grey clear.
The color contrasts with Ceppo di Gré we wanted to bring the customer's attention to the breach natural to touch it with your hand and experience it in the moments convivial. Each element is thought out and designed on a specific basis simplicity and elegance. The kitchen does not take minions external grooves, but elements carved from solid form slightly rounded that was "gentle" without sharp edges marked. The kitchen product was created by PDM Falegnameria who took care of all aspects, from the drafting of the executive to the assembly itself. The insertion of the breach is an established synergy with Marini Marmi who carried out cuts and work on the finished product as well as the supply of the material itself Before.
Among the furnishings, the Vitos stool by Minifors stands out, with coral colored legs provided by Interiors Project. The appliances are supplied by Vivetti, in this specific casewith SIMENS and MIELE products.
The corridor is structured, equipped with a wardrobe in which inside are hidden washing machine, dryer, closet, shoe rack everything to make it functional and the apartment is best livable. The lighting is guaranteed by micro-spotlights recessed, which with a narrow pitch they optimize the necessary light, if necessary specific to the project, it is all warm light. The corridor communicates with the relevant bathrooms and master bedroom.
Particular care was paid to design of individual bathrooms. The master bathroom has as its primary element the presence of Marble, Ceppo di Gré on the floor and shower cladding. The entrance to the bathroom is made "sweet" thanks to a wall
curved that invites access to the bathroom itself. The second bathroom is intended for guests for quick use, it is small by strong personality with an earth-sky resin finish presents itself with warm tones thanks to the use of the parquet on the floor and the washbasin cabinet also made of wood. Care and attention were given to the light used as well as the curved bathroom fanlight.
