The social area was super important for them, we included the balcony because the one in the apartment was super small and narrow, so we removed the sconces and joined it with the living room. The social area is all connected, gourmet, living room. We have a large sliding door that allows you to isolate the dining room from the living room when necessary. And the color palette is very soft and light which brought alot of light and helped brighten up the apartment. We replaced the flooring, which greatly changed the character of the apartment, we installed a porcelain tile with a very light travertine mixture, and this color guided the joinery as well, we have very light panels in the background, the freijó wood of the benches and panels embraces the dinner and living. A very clear stone to trim the bench and barbecue.

These light tones extend to the furniture, where we always work with neutral and light colors, the home's joinery with a very fine metallic structure, where we designed a bar with very beautiful and special lighting. In the intimate area we have an office, which was important to them, there is also a game of open and closed niches, lacquer with wood, illuminated niches. This apartment does not have bathroom renovations. The couple's room was a layout challenge to be able to place everything the customers wanted, it had a very light and bright soul.

The inspiration for the project is modern, timeless architecture, with touches of minimalism, but always seeking balance with warmth. The modern is mainly in the conception of the bold layout, where we seek the complete inspiration of all the social spaces, we have the home, the living room, and the veranda, the barbecue area and the dining area, all harmoniously distributed. We removed walls, Castilhos leaving only the load-bearing walls.

Minimalism is present in the light and neutral tones of the house. With occasional touches of color on objects around the house. We wanted to use every corner of the apartment, the layout was all presented and integrated so that nothing was left out with empty spaces. The super functional layout for the house to flow. Bringing a lot of luminosity and brightness to the house, it's apt to smell windows, but it was dark because of the dark floor. We seek the feeling of lightness and spaciousness.

Dealing with a client who had a lot of questions. We had to show her the project several times in 3D because she couldn't understand the purpose of the project, I couldn't understand the plan, I think we were very careful in trying to convey to the client all the intentions of the project, and explain it very well what were her proposals because she had a lot of difficulty visualizing. Another difficulty was dealing with the work, it had extremely irritated neighbors and we had to stop the work all the time, which was very challenging. And it took longer than we had imagined because of this interference from neighbors.

The Social Hall that we don't have pictures of, but we remodeled the freijó door that they already had, we put in decorative light fixtures and the gradient wallpaper that gave the space a super charm, and there was also a Banco do Pedro Useche that was revitalized and restored, it was the customers.

Entering the living room, we have a more formal living room, a sofa, two armchairs, a coffee table, the proposal was to make this environment more welcoming. It has a visual continuity that the porch created a large linear bench that embraces the landscaping and the bench. The armchairs turn to both sides and serve both the living room and the veranda, which is a very important point. To the left of the fireplace, which was also adapted in the renovation to serve a home theater, it has a modular sofa that also serves the bench on the back porch, it was an artifice of the sofa furniture that we managed to serve both the home theater configuration and the from the fireplace. The use of this sofa facing backwards to serve the balcony.

The fireplace was already in the apartment, but we created all the joinery for the home theater, there is also a lighted bar, the idea was that there we also managed to gather all the drinks that the customer had, we did it with lighting that valued including the drinks and has some decorative metallic shelves, this joinery comes with a light beige panel, which makes the doors that turn into the toilet, which are mimicked doors, and then go to the intimate circulation, they are important elements of the joinery that somehow envelop these walls.

The dining room has a very curious detail in the original design of where the clients used to live, it was completely separate from the living room area with these sliding doors because the client really wanted privacy after dinner, to close the dinner to clean up this mess. When we made the proposal to fully integrate the veranda with the social area, we removed the frame that divided the dining area from the veranda, but we kept the concept of the sliding doors that close the dining area so that it can maintain that post-dinner privacy, to be able to leave the table tidy. We made it so that the doors are all inside a carpentry garage so that it has a greater range of integration, the room and the living room, so that was also really cool, and they really liked it because we managed to solve its privacy with the doors closed and integrate the dining room with the living room with open doors.

At dinner we have a large dekton bench because she likes to receive guests, and she had asked for a very generous stop, as we do the carpentry downstairs and this dekton bench, it continues for Gourmet, where we put a gas barbecue and a plate, the client really wanted to make breakfast on the porch, and that's why she wanted a plate like a bakery. It was her will, and in the porch area the dekton bench continues for the barbecue, somehow also giving continuity and leaving the house very linear and integrated.

We also modernized the entire bathroom, so we installed a Paraná marble countertop with a carved basin, we brought a more cozy wallpaper, more closed to leave the bathroom with that more scenic look that we like, we changed the dishes and metals and revamped all. Going to the intimate area, we have an environment that we call a library, the clients really wanted it, but a shelf full of open and closed niches to organize books, photo albums, and also house documents, so we have this environment we call the library, which has become an entrance hall to all the rooms, is a very intimate area for the family, but well used.

The Library has a very personalized carpentry design of ours, we made a high shelf, with closed asymmetrical niches, open and decorative niches, and of course, to store their collection of books and albums, school supplies, pedagogical books, and collection books. The lower part was also used for the documentation of the house, it was a very generous space, but at the same time it was a very pleasant entrance to the bedrooms, because it was a cozy environment with light in the joinery.

The double bedroom had many needs, it was a small room and needed to house a large bed that they asked for in the briefing, the bedside tables that they also had some needs, they wanted a functional bedside table that has drawers and that would be able to support the notebook, and a small workbench. In addition, the gentleman's closet is inside the bedroom, the lady's is outside, so organizing functionally and also visually and aesthetically all these elements was a challenge, because the room was like a small house, we worked with a super neutral palette, lighter, to the cabinets, bring the personality of the wood on the headboard, on the bedside tables, and also on the workbench. We went through this play with the colors of the textures to bring a very cozy atmosphere, we also brought wallpaper to all the walls in the room, and we used a lot of lighting to create a pleasant atmosphere.
