In 1857 Neuhaus opened his boutique in the famous Galerie de la Reine in Brussels. Today it continues to thrive in the exact same location.

In December 2019 Neuhaus opened its New York flagship store in the brand new The Shoppes at Hudson Yards. The inspiration for the shop interior stems from the original boutique in Brussels: arches, precious metal, wood and marble welcome customers into a warm and sophisticated ambiance. The amber veins of the marble counter go well with the walnut that decorates the walls. All accessories are in copper or marble: light copper shelves allow the brand to highlight different product categories in a simple but elegant way.

The arches of the furniture are reminiscent of the windows of gallery in brussels and give a nostalgic value to the project by injecting that notion of tradition typical of the brand. Vertical furniture is custom designed to emulate the arches of the original store. The white walls are clad with a vertical linear background and provide a serene background for the product displays.
