Paradijshof, Crooswijk

In the Spring of 2017, the construction of the houses of Het Paradijshof in the Nieuw Crooswijk district of Rotterdam began. In collaboration with HP Architecten, Office Winhov realized 43 new homes with its own green court. The architecture firms each designed half of the court as part of the urban master plan for Nieuw Crooswijk by West 8. The location in the Crooswijk district of Rotterdam offer a balance between city and green space, for both dynamics and serenity.
