Minimalist style and design create a dialogue between Japanese culinary culture and the Neapolitan city.
From the street, a large window indicates the entrance to the restaurant, characterized by bright colors, and inspired by the industrial style. Exposed metal ducts, together with the powder green pendant lamps amplify the depths of the walls, while the frames on the walls and the ocher steel beams - and the surfaces of the tables in Carrara marble - create a strong contrast with the gray resin of the floor. A bleached maple wood paneling runs throughout the room, bordered by recessed LED lights.
Sushi and Co. is part of the J. Contemporary Japanese Restaurant chain.
