Located facing the Eixinho (a marginal road that connects to the city center of the Pilot Plan) in Asa Sul (Brasília), the apartment, affectionately nicknamed Eixinho, harmonizes the nature of the Brasília savannah with the city's urban life. A welcoming atmosphere, filled with greenery and natural light, invites residents to integrate the interior space with the exterior view, creating a unique living experience. Living with a sustainable appeal On the edge of Houtwijk, along the bustling Escamplaan, stands the Escampstaete. A beautiful blend of wood, light facade panels, and spacious balconies. The layered apartment building is one half of a twin block. The complex is oriented towards the sun, and each of the 12 apartments has its own small garden at the rear. Floors are chosen as discs on columns, detached from the facade, and a stabilizing core with stabilizing discs. This allowed for a flexible facade layout and open floor plans. The Norwood Park Laneway Homes are a set of three laneway houses built as a collaboration between neighbours. The homes are designed to present as a cohesive whole with details that create variation across the three homes.  Ron Adriano Ron Adriano Ron Adriano Home A is approximately 1000sqft while Home B and Home C are each approximately 1,500sqft. The homes feature 2-3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. Uniquely situated on a laneway that abuts a public park, each design focuses on maximizing parkside views. The Baronesa Apartment originally boasted a well-structured layout, featuring a spacious living room with a balcony, a master bedroom, and two additional bedrooms. The clients expressed their desire for a fully renovated kitchen, one that is luminous and expansive, capable of seamlessly integrating with the living room or being closed off as needed for daily activities.
