Departamento T

The remodeling of Departamento T, a 415 m2 home in Mexico City, arose from the need for a radical change in the space to reflect a new chapter in the life of its user.The apartment occupies the entire 8th floor of a building in the urban heart of Mexico City, a refuge from the clamor of the streets. Since the client is the only family member living at the residence, the remodel revolved around her personality and particular needs, without the need to maintain much privacy between rooms. West 79th Street

This 1,800-square-foot apartment on Manhattan’s Upper West Side artfully combines three separate units into a flexible and cohesive space. The existing apartment, previously home to renowned novelist Philip Roth, comprised two of the building’s original units. The new owners engaged PJCArchitecture to incorporate a third unit to house their family of four with spaces for entertaining including an open kitchen, dining room, and family room. Aquileia

The renovation project of this elegant house in the center of Milan involves the preservation of period elements while integrating them with new design elements. The central core of the house is the hallway with the coffered ceiling that generates spaces and shapes. Through color the architecture is emancipated, evolving from a past stage to a contemporary one. Powder blue is the color that covers the entire space, alongside the wine red that invades the portals that are inspired by Piero Portaluppi's curves. Interior design of newly built apartment. For an apartment in the new building project Louise Marie, VIVA came up with a total interior design concept. The apartment is located on the tenth floor of the complex, with a breathtaking view of Antwerp's Singel. The client moved from a spacious town house to a two-bedroom apartment. A duplex with terraces and a river view

Taking up the 24th and 25th floors, a two-level flat in one of the houses in European Riverbank, Novosibirsk, has seven rooms and a floor area of 170 square metres.  Maxim Loskutov Designed as a communal space, a spacious living room with an attic floor and overhead space is central to the lower floor. The attic floor brings the ceiling height to 6 metres, compared to 2.8 metres in the rest of the apartment. The general concept of this Interior Design took into consideration some initial conditions, such as the architectural project with its materiality and mood (pure lines, wooden surfaces, green vegetation and stone). This would allow the apartment to be a proper extension of the whole experience provided by the Casa Alto de Pinheiros building. Hugging one of the Ob river banks, the European Riverfront is a large-scale comprehensive area development project in Novosibirsk. It aims to restore the once-lost urban connection with the river and create an attractive cityscape from the river vantage point. The idea saw its realisation in 2016 in the KCAP Architects masterplan, further developed by Brusnika.
