The project is an individual residential house situated in the rural outskirts of Skenderaj, specifically in the village of Llaushe. The area is characterized by its lush greenery, sparse population density, and serene surroundings. The Bird Water Tower is located in the northwest corner of M50 Creative Park in Shanghai, backed by Heatherwick's 1000 Trees Phase II. The water tower has an industrial history of half a century, once the studio of artist and curator Bing Su, and was later abandoned for several years. The property is located in the south of Leipzig, a district characterized by housings out of the late 19th and early 20th century. The district is structured by a main street axis, which stretches from the center to the south auf the city with numerous bars, cafés and stores. The Kurt-Eisner-Street is crossing that main street and functions as an important link between the western and eastern districts. The residential buildings at Kurt-Eisner-Street 50, a six-storey building in the front and a five-storey building in the courtyard, were built in 1889. PH Boris is the transformation of a classic residential typology in Buenos Aires. This architecture, very common in the city, was characterized by solving a set of housing units that share the same land and access. Each one of them gained natural ventilation and lighting through internal patios while its rooms were defined by fragmented spaces.
