7 kiosks

The creation of these 7 kiosks is part of the more global project of the requalification and renovation of the Allées de la Liberté in Cannes created by Agence APS. Located along the main East/West axis of the alleys, these works enjoy an exceptional location, between the port and the old town on the one hand and between the Palais des Festivals and the Suquet hill on the other. Aldo Amoretti These kiosks, with an identical architectural design, are divided into 4 categories: 3 fast food kiosks, 2 kiosks for bowlers, 1 toilet kiosk, and 1 kiosk bringing together all the technical elements of the Allées. Estate Caendorp - development of 24 houses

A NEW CAENDORP: TO AN ESTATEThe Caendorp in Heiloo had a rich history since 1968 as a bungalow park in the green countryside. Japan House

About an hour from São Paulo, Japan House (Casa Japão) is a refuge for creating and reliving memories. Located in a gated community with large expanses of preserved forest, the project, developed by Cité Arquitetura, was designed to take advantage of the steep slope of the land, creating a gradation of intimacy between its rooms.  Leila Viegas Leila Viegas Seen from the street, Japan House overlooks the landscape in a discreet way, allowing the eye to pass through the residence and respecting the low density of the building in relation to the countryside, giving prominence to the sky and the Sea of Hills. Its access suggests a single- level, transparent house and, as you enter the rooms, a succession of... もっと見る

Sala Riunioni a Empoli

Project by ACQ Studio, Florence In the irregular configuration of the meeting room of an historical Italian company, order is restored by the blue, acoustically isolated volume defined by a system of mobile Dooor partitions.  Filippo Maffei The nearly 30-metre wide corpus consists of 28 modules connected to each other permanently by means of fixing springs or by magnets, to create openings in the exhibition spots if necessary. Filippo Maffei Like a curtain, the doors invite you to enter a world of analogies and figures that refer to the best tradition of Italian pop design. The accents of Ettore Sottsass’s light briarwood alternate with the warm materiality of wood and pink granite. The use of the open or closed text... もっと見る

VILLA STORICA

Geopietra® blends seamlessly with the ancient stones of a country house, where tradition meets contemporary architecture. With Geopietra®, the manufactured stone, the historical ambiance has been preserved and even restored to its former splendor, fulfilling renovation requirements. The large windows of the gym and relaxation area, overlooking the pool, follow the construction method of the existing windows, with lintels and abutments clad in... もっと見る

FRONDAL

With a site of moderately marked topography, this house adapts and permeates very well with its context. It was conceptualized under the premise of seeking a single level in the majority of the house, making it a discreet and private project. It moves in a square shape in such a way that we prioritize the view and green areas for social areas and we propose a body for the bedrooms that generates privacy and is oriented towards the South. Both elements are subtly isolated by a common patio. Arturo Arrieta Arturo Arrieta Under this criterion we contain the public spaces and green areas and organically the composition functions as a division between the other houses. The architecture in the social area presents a modular system of r... もっと見る
