Living on the forest edge
The buildings of Gebied1 coexist with nature, they are integrated into the green surroundings. The residential buildings each have their own plot with the possibility of parking.
By creating green spaces in between the plots, a park-like atmosphere is obtained. The design fosters a unique and vital connection between the area an... もっと見る

A health care system in which windows of different sizes provide a playful rhythm.
Dignified replacement
The existing health center on Conservatoriumlaan is making way for a new health center, offering more space and a more modern appearance that complements the adjacent buildings. B-invented is responsible for the design and engineering, commissioned by the delegated developer BuiltbyDeWild. The realization has been carried out by the sister company B-happy Realization. Windows on the floors create a playful rhythm in three different sizes. An exception is the stunning large window above the entrance, providing a view of Conservatoriumlaan.

A villa where the viewer, the visitor and the occupant are central.
Villa?
Must a villa always look like a villa? At B-too, we aim to create a unique and surprising experience for the observer, visitor, and resident. The villa on this former estate serves as a prime example.
Is it even a villa? Where does the villa begin? What is there to experience?
We are delighted to have contributed to the design of this project and applied our vision to it.
We are pleased to have been able to collaborate on the design of this project and to bring our vision to it.

Transforming a national monumental warehouse into hip apartments.
Unique lofts
Bold transformation is something you must dare. The client, KRAGT, not only dares but also takes action!
Transforming a monumental warehouse into trendy apartments while preserving the original ornaments of this national heritage to maintain its raw and industrial character.
That’s what we did in Tilburg on Broekhovenseweg.

Wool warehouse
The former wool warehouse symbolizes the history of the textile industry for which Tilburg is known, and was part of a large textile complex in 1922.
The warehouse now houses 29 loft apartments and studios. The sizes of the homes range from 34m² to 115m².

The “Mac”
Every lover of the world's most famous hamburger that comes from the Eindhoven region knows this special version of “the Mac” in Best. Not least because of the enormous, meters-high Michael Jackson that adorned the parking lot of this branch located on the A2 for years, but certainly also because of the genuine 1950s architecture and interior. Super cool, including a real convertible on the ceiling, Marilyn Monroe waving her dress and a jukebox with Elvis Presley behind it.

An unlikely design for 12 homes.
B-too has developed a concept in Almere for affordable social housing on a plot where only high-rise buildings seemed the solution. The study shows that this way of living is a good social solution to allow elderly and young working people to live in their familiar surroundings.

Unexpected
On a location, slated for 12 residences, where high-rise seemed the only option, we designed something unexpected.
Using round shapes and internal gardens, the amount of area these homes occupy is limited, a positive aspect in this restricted space. It allows for close placement without compromising privacy. The circular design provides the flexibility to position each home at a unique... もっと見る

An interior and exterior design for a villa in Berkel-Enschot
Sun terrace
The sun terrace and garden as an extension to the living room, is that possible? Yes, it is!
Without a doubt successful for this magnificent villa: a sun terrace across the full width of the house, neatly cropped against the lawn, giving an indisputable “outside is in and inside is out” feeling.

Thatched roof
This relatively old-fashioned type of roof is (fortunately) making a comeback. It doesn’t just lend the home something extra, it is a firm nod to a healthier living environment. Good choice!

Unique hospitality
Imagine gliding over the water in a boat, feeling the gentle mist on your skin. Slowly, a building comes in sight. You see it, yet it seems to be part of the surroundings.
It is a hotel where you can retreat and unwind, alone or with company. Swim in embedded pools and experience a unique sauna journey. You’ll never want to leave and will certainly return.
That is the Netherlands, that is the hospitality concept of B-too: “Discovery of Body: Ode to Water.”

Villa NW6
A modern villa in North Limburg.
Glass House!
A modern villa has been designed for these rural surroundings in the north of Limburg. “The location of this property, in the heart of the fields, surrounded by greenhouses, was the starting point for the design. The house is a glasshouse with a slate shell. The whole building inclusive sun terrace has been built on a raised plateau, so that the building is visible as a landmark above the level of the surrounding fields.
Through constructing one side façade and gable end in glass, the surroundings are experienced to the full.
As an extension of this, the interior is modest and sober in design.
Lots of white and light tints have been employed.

An architectural design for a store and apartments.
Living in old & new
On Nieuwlandstraat in Tilburg stood a building whose historical façade had long been concealed.
Given that this street is filled with historic buildings, we decided to restore the old façade to its original state.

Mini-neighborhood
Only the entrance to the shop is located at the front. The residences are all accessed from the rear of the building.
In this way, we aim to bring life to the rear area, creating two distinct worlds: the shopping street at the front and the mini-neighborhood at the rear.

The 6-story building is structurally designed in horizontal manner.

You Ning

Nanjing
The former Philips enclave Strijp-S in Eindhoven is the place where it was decided that this unique building with patently clear Chinese influences should be erected.
An effervescent place where residential, life and work go hand-in-hand, and consequently there is always something to do here.
The new pavilion in Eindhoven is a gift from the Chinese city of Nanjing. The name You Ning refers to this good city connection. “You” means friendship and “Ning” is the abbreviated name for the city of Nanjing.
Who else but Eveline Wu could come up with a fitting concept and who else but B-too could design the interior... もっと見る
