A health care system in which windows of different sizes provide a playful rhythm. Dignified replacement The existing health center on Conservatoriumlaan is making way for a new health center, offering more space and a more modern appearance that complements the adjacent buildings. B-invented is responsible for the design and engineering, commissioned by the delegated developer BuiltbyDeWild. The realization has been carried out by the sister company B-happy Realization. A villa where the viewer, the visitor and the occupant are central. Villa? Must a villa always look like a villa? At B-too, we aim to create a unique and surprising experience for the observer, visitor, and resident. The villa on this former estate serves as a prime example. Is it even a villa? Transforming a national monumental warehouse into hip apartments. Unique lofts Bold transformation is something you must dare. The client, KRAGT, not only dares but also takes action!  Transforming a monumental warehouse into trendy apartments while preserving the original ornaments of this national heritage to maintain its raw and industrial character. That’s what we did in Tilburg on Broekhovenseweg. An unlikely design for 12 homes. B-too has developed a concept in Almere for affordable social housing on a plot where only high-rise buildings seemed the solution. The study shows that this way of living is a good social solution to allow elderly and young working people to live in their familiar surroundings. An interior and exterior design for a villa in Berkel-Enschot Sun terrace The sun terrace and garden as an extension to the living room, is that possible? Yes, it is! Image Courtesy B-too Without a doubt successful for this magnificent villa: a sun terrace across the full width of the house, neatly cropped against the lawn, giving an indisputable “outside is in and inside is out” feeling. A modern villa in North Limburg. Glass House! A modern villa has been designed for these rural surroundings in the north of Limburg. “The location of this property, in the heart of the fields, surrounded by greenhouses, was the starting point for the design. The house is a glasshouse with a slate shell. The whole building inclusive sun terrace has been built on a raised plateau, so that the building is visible as a landmark above the level of the surrounding fields. An architectural design for a store and apartments. Living in old & new On Nieuwlandstraat in Tilburg stood a building whose historical façade had long been concealed. Given that this street is filled with historic buildings, we decided to restore the old façade to its original state. Living with a sustainable appeal On the edge of Houtwijk, along the bustling Escamplaan, stands the Escampstaete. A beautiful blend of wood, light facade panels, and spacious balconies. The layered apartment building is one half of a twin block. The complex is oriented towards the sun, and each of the 12 apartments has its own small garden at the rear. Floors are chosen as discs on columns, detached from the facade, and a stabilizing core with stabilizing discs. This allowed for a flexible facade layout and open floor plans. It was an honor to provide such a beautiful place with a suitable interior. Health center in Zeewolde Bringing healthcare closer Located on Horsterweg in Zeewolde, the new ‘Medical Center Waterland’ stands as a testament to the motto ‘St Jansdal brings healthcare closer.’ Since 2021, residents of Zeewolde can access the new Medical Center Waterland, bringing together services such as general practitioners, physiotherapy, mental healthcare (GGZ), and a pharmacy. However, the roofscape transforms it into a distinctive building, both visually and experientially. Furnishing a shell location with a concept for the Tenfold Group, conceived from the user and corporate image. Central headquarters Tenfold is an amalgamation of 3 packaging companies. The acquisition called for a central headquarters. This was found centrally in Eindhoven. A design was made for this, thinking from the corporate image and perception of the client. Inviting clients on level and facilitating the employees with a cool workplace. A complete office design of the new office environment for Whyellow.  Image Courtesy B-too Interconnection Whyellow designs software solutions that solve specific questions. And it does so in teams of 8 to 10 engineers. Separate rooms are designed for the teams. A lot of glass and incorporated into the walls. This creates acoustically sealed project spaces with lots of interconnection between them. The use of partially architectural walls with wood decor creates a solid appearance.
