Casas inHAUS / Shot Menorca
Casas inHAUS offers an example of the fusion of tradition and modernity in a modular home in Menorca. Typical Balearic construction and design and the modern innovation of industrialisation come together in this villa, which is derived from the inHAUS Benidorm model. With modifications such as white monolayer façade finishes, this villa blends into the natural landscape and architecture of the island.

Light and shadows play on the facades in different planes. The pure lines of the design and the apparent simplicity of the forms create an atmosphere of calm and tranquillity. The native vegetation of the garden surrounds the terrace and the swimming pool.

Baleares by OOAA Arquitectura embraces the spirit of Mediterranean architecture
Located in Menorca, Balearic Islands, this summer home for a large family was designed by OOAA Arquitectura to respond to the particular nature of the site’s orientation and the challenges it presented.

The existing site is blessed with panoramic ocean views to the North, while the southern side opens to street and is exposed to overlooking views from the surrounding neighbourhood.

As such, OOAA developed a scheme centralized around a large central beam that allows optimal light into the interior spaces while still conditioning and sheltering the house from surrounding neighbourhood views. Though appearing blind to the street, the house is bright and luminous inside.

An integral refurbishment of an existing villa at Puerto de Andratx, Mallorca. Spain, designed by the team JAIME SALVÁ, Architecture & Interior Design.
Located only 3 minutes away from the harbour side and enjoys some of the best views ever. On the east side you have a full view of the harbour with its beautiful lights at nighttime and on the west side fabulous open sea views. On clear days you can even see Ibiza on the horizon.
The villa is set on a about 754 m2 plot and has a constructed area of about 325 m2 including about 30 m2 of covered terraces plus about 100 m2 of open terraces. T... もっと見る
