Apartamento Orlandini

The interior design project for this apartment, still under construction, was an opportunity to create a personalized and welcoming space for the client. Upon visiting the building site, we realized that the great quality of the property lay in its privileged view of the city and Lake Guaíba in the background. This landscape should be the protagonist of the project, and with the possibility of adapting the internal layout, respecting structural limitations, we began the creative process. Foto: Marcelo Donadussi Foto: Marcelo Donadussi Foto: Marcelo Donadussi Foto: Marcelo Donadussi From the outset, we sought to meet the client's desire for an apartment with the feel of a house. To achieve this, we opted for warm... もっと見る

55 Office

The junction between form and function: An office in an old house in Tietê had a space that demanded this function, but due to lack of planning, it was always messy and did not allow its full use. The client desired many storage spaces, including hiding the file documents to not be exposed, along with a coat rack to store her bags. Another concern was the hidden wires, which always tangled and accumulated dirt. It was requested that everything be solved through carpentry, and also that there be a staircase in the place for easy access to the upper cabinets, which should be tall. We designed the carpentry, and from it, the "moon drawer" was created, inspired by this office, to organize and also have the possibility of mobility, as ne... もっと見る

Superbid

A corporate floor of 700 sqm located in the JFL 125 Building on Av. Rebouças was the chosen space to host the new office of Superbid Exchange, a pioneering company in digital auctions in Brazil, whose corporate interior design project was entrusted to Perkins&Will São Paulo studio. Starting from the premise of welcoming clients and accommodating remote-first company employees in one place while providing a stimulating and dynamic environment to build relationships, the architecture team employed a circular program to enhance contact with natural light and the outdoor environment, creating a central core where a large arena was positioned. Apartamento Baronesa

The Baronesa Apartment originally boasted a well-structured layout, featuring a spacious living room with a balcony, a master bedroom, and two additional bedrooms. The clients expressed their desire for a fully renovated kitchen, one that is luminous and expansive, capable of seamlessly integrating with the living room or being closed off as needed for daily activities. To fulfill this vision, we devised a sliding door that offers flexibility: it can be fully opened, recessed into the wall, or closed altogether. Maura Mello One of the primary challenges of this projvect centered around the living room's layout. Given the room's square shape, we opted for a double sofa that effectively divides the space into a TV area and a lounge, ens... もっと見る

Oblique Pavillion

The Oblique Pavilion is an ephemeral space, configured in a 12x9 area, located between three access streets at an event fair. Studio Gui Uemura Studio Gui Uemura Studio Gui Uemura Because of this, the design is defined by the sum of angles and organic lines, which provides fluidity to a space that would be constantly busy on event days and also favors the sectoring of the program. Apartamento Pedroso Alvarenga

As the years go by, customs and living arrangements change. Previously, the floor plans of residential apartments were highly compartmentalized, with various separate rooms divided by walls, a room for staff, numerous bathrooms, among other distinctive features. However, increasingly, the newer generations seek more open and connected spaces with fewer obstacles and a lively atmosphere. This is how we conceptualized this renovation project together with the young couple who owns this apartment in the Itaim neighborhood. Pedro Napolitano Prata With 110m² of space, we proposed the demolition of all the walls in the social or common areas, integrating them into a single, fluid, and cozy space. Where there used to be a living room, d... もっと見る
