Concept Note: Shivalik Curv is designed as a symbol of modernity and innovation within Gujarat International Finance Tech-City (GIFT City), India's first operational Greenfield smart city. The client envisioned an office building that would provide 47,000 sqm of Grade-A office space across 32 floors, while creating an instant visual identity for the area. Rising 120m with its fluid, rotational form, this office tower is a unique architectural landmark that reflects the evolving identity of GIFT city. Rasam Fashion Boutique

This building is a Morden commercial structure to house a fashion retail store. The facade features a large artistic painting that blends traditional and contemporary motifs. It includes vibrant colour, abstract patterns, and stylized figures. The painting illuminated with soft, edge lighting emphasizing the curves and details. Akamon-kai Japanese Language School

It is an expansion project for a Japanese Language School in the heart of Tokyo. An office building near JR Mikawashima Station, owned by the school, was repurposed for educational use. However, due to an increase in the number of students, it became necessary to expand the facilities into the adjacent area. Our client, Akamon-kai, is one of the leading educational institutions in Japan, known for its high student enrollment numbers at its Japanese language schools, and is looking to enhance its image. Therefore, we proposed not just an expansion, but an integration of the new construction with the existing building in a way that improves the overall image of the school. Aided by cutting-edge digital technologies, Royal de Versailles’ Rolex Boutique embodies the high-precision craft, design, and construction that has defined the watch’s timepieces for over one hundred years. An architectural design for a store and apartments. Living in old & new On Nieuwlandstraat in Tilburg stood a building whose historical façade had long been concealed. Given that this street is filled with historic buildings, we decided to restore the old façade to its original state. Wooden facade Parallel

Paral-lel is a contemporary residential complex located in the quiet Bonanova neighborhood, in the southwest of Palma de Mallorca. Javier Bravo Two building developed on ground floor+3 with twelve homes designed to achieve maximum energy efficiency. The north and south facades are solved with the motorized folding wooden lattice GUBI-vFolding made of folding wooden brise soleils, as a solar filter in the interior of the homes. The Gujarat Council of Science City, established by the Government of Gujarat, has developed the Aquatic Gallery to realize this vision. BUNS FROM HOME - SLOANE SQUARE

Buns from home Sloane Square is a new storefront located in London’s prestigious Chelsea. Its quasi-victorian elevation bridges the visual gap between the 1960s building in which it is located and the surrounding conservation area.  Jae Whan Kim With only 8m2 of interior space, this small retail unit in Sloane Square is a careful balancing act. The volume is efficiently organized and encapsulates the homely intimacy of the bakery’s story and values. Located in a conservation area, it is also sensible about its architectural language.   The play on traditional joinery profiles results in a contemporary take on the typical Victorian storefront. Rigidized® Metals’ InvariLux® micro texture clads the exteriors of 26 buildings at ExxonMobil’s Houston, TX campus. The micro texture is naturally cleaning, meaning dirt and grime doesn’t built up on the surface of the material and can wash off with rain water. Additionally, the uniformity of the micro texture reduces glare in a notoriously sunny area. Not only that, when it DOES rain, the stainless steel material doesn’t rust.
