Makran Steel Factory Guesthouse

This project is situated on a 6,900-square-meter plot within the Makran Steel Factory site in Sistan and Baluchestan Province. Given the factory's expanding zones, the need for a guesthouse for various visitors became increasingly essential. Located at the ecological park of Yixing Provence of China, the new Unbounded Collection of Hyatt Group is a retreat into nature. Fasano Itaim is an ode to classic elegance. The Italian family, devoted to hospitality for three generations, forged a brand over the principles of excellence and warm service. Its interiors are dark, walls covered in Brazilian freijó wood, with very punctual lighting. Noli Otaniemi, opened in February 2024, is located in the rapidly growing and developing area of Otaniemi in Espoo. The 15-storey hotel contains 406 studios and is the largest Noli Studios hotel yet built. In accordance with the Noli concept, the hotel is aimed for both short- and long-term accommodation and is designed to enable a sense of community, thus catering for the needs of professionals, researchers, and international talents in the Otaniemi scientific community and the nearby business districts.
