The Technology Experience houses their most advanced technology, creating an impressive "wow" effect that surprises visitors. It serves as a training and demonstration area, featuring simulators that allow users to operate machinery without being physically present, as well as remote controls to operate real machines in real time. Corporativo Mixcoac, in Mexico City, is a space born from the need to offer first class work spaces. Team Illux Located in the Valle neighborhood, it offers an impressive and relaxing view for the busy moments of everyday life in an office. Designing this house has been a process of a lot of learning, creativity and details, the main one was to design a house that felt completely proper for the inhabitants, who are a young and dynamic couple with three small children who need to grow up in a home that is all terrain and where they have no limits to feel free. All this linked in an elegant way, with a Nordic style, full of textures and some touches of color and many specific details for each of its users. Lighting design and custom luminaire development at its best for a villa in the very best location in the center of Hamburg: Almost all the luminaires were specially developed for the project. Caption The technical upgrade of the wall luminaires next to the entrance portal was particularly successful. The existing luminaires, which were converted from gas to electricity 50 years ago, have now been equipped with LED technology and have been completely glare-reduced. A special diffuser panel is illuminated indirectly by an uplight and reflects the light onto the path area. The diffuser also allows 20% of the light to pass through to the top - this creates an almost auratic lighting effect, as the eye cannot clearly identify the light so... もっと見る

Rush Wright Associates design establishes a unique, fresh vision for the much-loved Greville Street that revels in its edginess, and draws upon its fringe counter-culture and history of botanical display that has been a constant in the precinct. Akin to a haberdashery, the bespoke, craft-inspired furniture suite weaves throughout the streetscape and into Grattan Gardens. This palette of bright colours set against a braided ground plane recalls Greville Street’s urban groove, and evokes new and old textiles, fabrics, and fashion. Widened footpaths across Greville Street aim to re-encourage equitable social exchange through outdoor café dining, casual seating mixed with planting, and footpath trading zones.
