Harmonie
Located in the warm capital of Colima, Mexico, Harmonie stands in an exclusive private development, designed for a young family of four. The project unfolds on a 700 m2 plot, incorporating visually integrated spaces that maximize the perception of spaciousness, with a central courtyard serving as a functional and aesthetic core.

Casa Metepec
Comfort and coziness were two of the premises behind the project.Together with them, we care for the environment, making it part of the house. As a result, we ensure the quality of life of the inhabitants. The proposal introduces some materials not typically used on site.

Orientation.
The first important decision was the orientation of the house. This is in Metepec, Mexico. The weather of the place is cold at certain hours and times of the year. We proposed the south orientation. In this way we capture the sun’s rays during winter. At the same time, by means of small overhangs, we avoid them in hot seasons.

Located in Polanco, one if not the most exclusive neighborhood in Mexico City, this residential project holds 4 apartments, one per floor.
The project aligns with the local urban normativity which mandates a three-meter restriction from the street on the first three levels plus another three meters on the fourth floor. Finally, the normativity mandates an extra meter at the front on one of the sides of the plot. Taking this in consideration, the front limits of the building create an imaginary zig zag line that goes deeper into the plot from left to right.
