De Boschvijver is an unbended restaurant located in the middle of a breathtaking forest. The circular shape of the building refer to the shape of the trees and was furnished with Modular's best selling Duell. In 2017, this luxurious home was created by Dutch architect Linda Lagrand. The rustique style was lenghtened across all of the interior. Light and darker colors were merged to result in an extraordinary place of residency. The history of the iconic Broekhuizen estate takes centuries back. After the destruction by fire and direct reconstruction in 1906, it has known various residents and fuctions. The Gradient is a high standing building with an incredible view and a prestigious entrance hall to boot. When it comes to the layout of the building, the influences of modern architecture allow for plenty of functionality and flexibilty thanks to a spacious ground floor whilst maximising the available office space without impeding the overall look of the building.   On the technical side, the Gradient features both direct and indirect suspended lighting that is triggered by a presence detector, thus reducing the building's ecological footprint and addint style to its many rooms. A few years ago, Modular Lighting Instruments helped with lighting solutions for ASZ in Aalst. This modern hospital used bright and vivid colors together with our clean downlighting.
