SOLAR FLAT-5XL is a perfectly integrated photovoltaic roof tile.
SOLAR FLAT-5XL ceramic roof tiles are the only large ceramic tiles with an integrated solar energy system. They are ideal for providing a reliable supply of solar energy. Thanks to the integration of the solar panel into the tile, the tiles provide all the benefits of a roof made from ceramic tiles in terms of watertightness, without any risk of deterioration or oxidation.
The perfect integration is completed with the installation of the roof or facade using FLAT-5XL tiles and other ceramic accessories.

The Flat-11 roof tile is a flat ceramic tile, available only in special finishes. The optimum installation on pitched roofs is on a battens system or equivalent. The Flat-11 tile is a flat tile suitable for staggered and in-line installation. The minimum recommended slope is 30% or 17º. With 11 tiles per sq.m., they are installed by means of the lateral and longitudinal deep interlocks. They are fixed with screws through the pre-marked holes. TB-4® roof tile is an exclusive one piece high profile S-interlocking roof tile design that combines the curved profile as a cover-pan result (curved roof tile effect) patented as waterproof assembly in vertical rows and horizontal courses.
The effect of S-interlocking TB-4® roof tile on deck is 50 units per sq.m. curved roof tiles, with the installation of just over 12 tiles.
Fits small deviations both false angle section as rounded decks without cuts, thanks to its lateral interlocking area.

OLIVO SPORTS ARENA
Tejas Borja makes a made-to-measure ceramic grid for the facade of the OLIVO SPORTS ARENA in Jaén.Opened in April 2021, the Olivo Sports Arena is one of the latest large public construction projects to be completed. It is located in the Jaén Provincial Trade Fair and Conference Centre (IFEJA) and covers 41,300 square metres. With an oval-shape design and a sports field in its centre, the building is about 50 metres long and 30 metres wide.
It is a unique sports venue designed to be used for professional competitions in indoor football, basketball, handball and tennis, as well as to host large events such as concerts and other cultural activities.

A vast expanse of sweeping farmland with the Tramuntana Mountains as a distant backdrop is the setting for a home designed to be a refuge. Somewhere to shelter from the wind and sun in a location where shade is scarce. A place where everything is in order. A space where the architecture accentuates and respects the land which surrounds it.
The project, conceived and executed by the company UBIKO, has been developed in the district of Sa Pobla, a rural area of Mallorca. And rural overtones have shaped the character of the project since its inception.
