Located in the large-scale residential community of Rui Hong Xin Cheng in Shanghai, "Hall of the Sun - Xin Tian Di" is a comprehensive project that integrates retail, F&B, and office spaces. The project consists of a massive 8-level shopping mall spanning 180,000 square meters of gross floor area from basement 1 to level 7. Additionally, there are two 170-meter-tall international Grade-A office towers, totaling 150,000 square meters of GFA, with a total construction floor area of 440,000 square meters.
The project also features a 3,500 square meters bus terminal, a pedestrian link bridge and tunnel connecting to the adjacent "Hall of the Moon," and a pedestrian tunnel connection to the MTR Line 4 Ling Ping Road station. The satellite lift lobbies on levels 6 and 7 of the office towers provide direct access to the F&B and retail facilities. “Hall of the Sun” incorporates fashion shopping, exquisite F&B options, leisure and entertainment amenities, and cultural experiences into its mixed-use program.
The first basement to fourth levels of the mall primarily house retail shops and F&B destinations. A grand atrium known as the "Food Hall" is situated on levels 5 to 7. The introduction of giant lotus skylights and natural foliage creates a cozy indoor/outdoor environment. Visitors can leisurely explore the varied spaces within “Hall of the Sun” and experience the intimate connection between humans and architecture.
