the Gate House
The Gate House project has been completed with Bioclimatic principles, passive housing and study of natural light incidence. In addition to using thermic blocks, we have used "whiteroofing" as a way to reduce energy consumption.Whiteroofing is the process of applying a reflective coating to a roof to reflect sunlight and reduce heat absorption.

Renzo Piano Building Workshop completes Ecole Normale Supérieure Paris Saclay
On the Paris Saclay campus Renzo Piano Building Workshop arranged a string of approximately twenty buildings around a central garden. Two buildings are offset towards the center to form the entrance to the university campus block. The 63,000 square meter building welcomes 3000 students.

Renzo Piano Building Workshop designed the building with a holistic approach in which each element, each detail, each typology is part of a whole. A modular system was implemented where many of the parts are repeated over the different buildings.

T3 ARCHITECTS Team has been invited by Hippo Farm to design Dormitories to welcome “green classes”, students and families who want to learn more about nature, permaculture, horse riding, sustainable construction and all activities which make sense to reconnect with essential: education, team works, share meaningful time with friends and reconnect with the natural environment.

House in Fasoula, Cyprus
The inspiration that triggered the design of this bioclimatic solar house in Fasoula, Cyprus, was the will to create a white "Z" shaped form, that was going to characterize the morphology of the building. This form is parallel to the east-west axis and serves as a passive sun protection system, integrated into the design.

The spaces were translated in volumes which created a composition that was placed into the cavities of this white form. The design is moved by simple geometries touching the modern minimalist trends, which led to the use of exposed concrete, large wooden surfaces and the use of the “neutral” white color.
