Casa Metope is located in the south part of Corfu, in Chlomos. The plot provides breathtaking views of the Ionian sea and the Korission lake. The aim of the project wwas to create a residence that best fits the needs of its residents and best frames the panoramic views.  The biggest challenges we had to face were the stip slope and the narrow limits. Casa Ruina is located in the west coast of Corfu surrounded by olive trees and a stunning view to the Ionian Sea. The presence of an abundance of olive trees both in the plot and its surroundings motivated us to design with main focus on preserving the existing vegetation and the character given to the plot.   Caption Caption Caption In order to preserve the big olive trees, it is proposed to break the building volumes. This results in the creation of the internal courtyards and atriums, forming areas of graded privacy. Work on the project began in 2019. The object is located in a cottage village with multi-apartment, four-storey buildings in the Moscow region. From the windows of the apartment you can see the coniferous forest and the river. Caption  The customer wanted a complex interior with many details, recreation areas and secret loopholes, but with a minimum number of doors. Vichuquén is an artisan town in Maule region, in Chile. Is characterized by being a summer holidays place, close to Santiago, the capital, and for being a place that combines the lake with its mountain landscapes. With our Tiny Cabins, we sought to generate a Project that would become an architectura icon in the área, wich would help to promote tourism activity and be easily recognized. Its structure, a longitudinal block of concrete, blends perfectly with the surrounding native trees, integrating with the natural landscape that surrounds it.
