Team with KCAP presents master plan for Keflavík Airport Area

Het K64 Keflavík Airport Area Masterplan, dat is ontwikkeld door een multidisciplinair team onder leiding van KCAP, is officieel bekendgemaakt. Het masterplan schetst een stapsgewijze strategie voor de transformatie van het schiereiland waarop de belangrijkste luchthaven van IJsland ligt tot groeilocatie voor duurzame innovaties. ©Plomp ©Plomp Het masterplan is voor IJsland van nationaal belang, stelt het team van KCAP. Het team is dan ook trots op de officiële status van ‘K64’, zo laten KCAP en Felixx (dat ook van het team deel uitmaakt) weten. Completion residential area Hogekwartier in Amersfoort celebrated

The completion of the Hogekwartier neighborhood in Amersfoort was celebrated this month. The district with 820 homes is located on either side of a busy approach route between the city center and the highway. KCAP is responsible for the urban plan, the buildings were designed by different architects. Copyright: Fred Oosterhuis The district lies on the border between the post-war urban extensions Liendert and Schuilenburg and should give an impulse to the upgrading of these two neighborhoods, KCAP reports. To soften its location on a busy traffic road, a higher 'neighborhood axis' has been realized, creating a flyover junction. Through traffic goes down, local traffic stays up. Amsterdam’s iconic Droogbak building transformed into a 21st-century office space for a prestigious law firm

An iconic 19th-century building next to Amsterdam Central Station, Droogbak has been transformed into a 21st-century office space for the law firm Clifford Chance.
