2 in 1 roof window GGLS is centre-pivoted and has two sashes, a fixed and an openable, in one frame. The fixed sash can be recognized by the position of the "K" in the size code. See the window from the inside and read the size code from left to right. The "K" is placed after the fixed sash, for instance, the code FPK08 indicates that sash P on the right-hand side is fixed and sash F on the left-hand side is openable. The openable sash are operated with a full-width control bar on the ventilation flap of the top sash. The ventilation flap allows fresh air to enter the room through a dust and insect filter. Living space on the roof
During the renovation of one of the oldest small townhouses of the Marollen, the most charming popular neighbourhood in Brussels, the architect and the owner wanted to make efficient use of the limited space and create an outer space. Thanks to the DXW walkable flat roof window that was installed on the flat roof, the whole of the flat roof, which had been transformed into a terrace, could be used. On top of that, the living space and kitchen, situated below the flat roof, got flooded in natural light. The project was finished during the summer of 2017. Meer

In addition to carrying out the projects across Poland, HARTBEX is active on the German market. In May 2015, the company's headquarters was moved to Rzeszow. The building where the company is situated hasbeen designed in a modern, industrial style. The most challenging task was to bring natural light to the interior of the building. It reminds almost of a fairytale. Shrouded in autumn colors and hidden behind a large oak tree , this house offers room to one of FAKRO’s largest skylights provided in the Netherlands. With a size of 66 to 290 cm, placed in a bent roof, this meant expanding the borders of the products design.
