Clearly inspired by natural shapes, the R52 washbasin has an orographic appearance, moulded by an uneven surface that conveys water in the middle slot towards the drain outlet, easily accessible for inspection from the bottom side.
The shape of the R52 emulates a variety of geological sculptures created naturally by water: a valley shaped by a river, a slot canyon formed by the wear of water rushing through sandstone, a rock hollowed out by a stream, a devil ray, whose mouth inspired the shape of the drain inlet.
R52 washbasin is in DuPont™Corian® Glacier White. The thermoformed surface is smooth, compact and even in colour, with a perfect finish. Variations in relief are fully exposed so that contrasts of light and shade have strong visual influence. Wall brackets are included in the supply.
