There are many reasons to consider installing roller shutters or screens, the avoidance of overheating being one of them. But it makes airtight building quite a challenge. Our standard ZipX®Zero already came pretty close, but we did not yet have a solution for roller shutters. We do now, as the first manufacturer ever! Let’s look at the many benefits ShutterX® and ZipX®Zero have when it comes to airtight building.
- Nicely concealed in the cavity wall
- Composite profile replaces the insulation in the cavity wall
- Equipped with an airtight film
- Insulating construction plates avoid condensation
- Waterproof thanks to drainage profiles
- Window-sills in aluminium or bluestone
- Avoid cold window-sills
