Interior doors and Exterior doors

During Architect@Work Luxembourg in April 2018 SAPA will exhibit its innovative sliding door in aluminium, Confort Smartline XS. The visible face of the profiles and in particular of the chicane in between the glazing has a fundamental impact on the aesthetic balance and the fineness of the lines on a sliding chassis.

The new sliding chassis concept developed by SAPA greatly reduces the visible faces and caters to the priorities of developers who want open-plan residences offering an uninterrupted view to the outside. At Architect@Work, SAPA will present their new lift-and-slide door in aluminium with a minimalist design.

The Confort Smartline XS design offers a visible chicane width of just 36 mm. It is based on the existing Confort 160 solution, which has proven thermal efficiency, thus guaranteeing superior insulation. This insulation ensures the window meets the thermal performance regulations (U-value) of 1.5 W/m²K maximum. With a construction depth of 160 mm, the Confort Smartline XS sliding door is available in all versions: monorail, 2 rails, 3 rails, central sliding and 4 panels. The weight of 330 kg per panel for the 'lift-and-slide' version and 250 kg per panel for the 'sliding' version allows for glazed panels of a considerable size.

In order to harmonise striking design and sliding solutions, Confort Smartline is also available in Rustic and Ligna versions. Thermal insulation system for sliding chassis in aluminium, lift-and-slide or sliding. The Confort Smartline XS has a fixed frame with 1-rail, 2-rail or 3-rail options; central sliding and 4 panels. The Confort Smartline XS system is innovative and is part of the new generation of sliding systems.
