Complete production systems for External Venetian Blinds
Venetian blinds for exteriors are becoming more and more popular in European buildings as they allow the perfect control of the light that enters the room and savings in energy costs, together with a great design.
There are different models of venetian blinds slats with profiles with C, Z or S form and they are assembled with a variety of systems and accessories.
In this sector, Dallan is a specialized producer of complete systems: from the production of the venetian blind slat up to the complete assembly of the curtain.
The roll forming lines DALLAN D48V boast a very high production speed, thanks to the flying cutting system which enables an output up to 60 meters per minute. At the beginning of the line is a vertical decoiler, then the DALLAN T4 precision roll former, ideal for machining products in pre-painted aluminium. Like all Dallan machines, here too the DALLAN COMBI roller change units are used so that production changeover is extremely fast and multiple models of venetian blinds can be produced on the same machine. Finally the stacking table completes the line.
The DALLAN Coil To Window assembly systems are the ideal complement to these lines, to finish the assembly of the curtain: the system can be used either on-line or off-line.
In the off-line system, the stacked product bundles are taken to a destacker from where they pass to the system which applies the end pins, followed by the system for insertion on string tape or loop tape.
In the on-line system, the profiles are not stacked but sent directly and continuously to the same systems in the same sequence.
The software of the DALLAN lines for external Venetian blinds features an extremely intuitive touch screen interface and parametric programming, while the production supervision software installed in the office is used for remote loading of production data and to interface the machine with ERP processing systems.
