Product description

Duco has developed architectural solar shading using sliding panels (DucoSlide). The range consists of two types, DucoSlide LuxFrame and DucoSlide SlimFrame. When choosing for LuxFrame, the aluminium blades are fitted within a frame whereas SlimFrame makes use of aluminium fins which are fixed between discreet lateral guide rails. The architect or future owner always has an extensive choice of blades to match the requirements of any individual project. These frames can, moreover, be slid both manually or electronically. The aluminium frames can be slid fully in front of the windows using a rail for achieving an optimum balance between solar shading and light entry. Thanks to the different sliding systems available – single, symmetrical, telescopic, BiFold or QuadraFold – the panels can also be slid fully away from the window.
