The profound change that digitalization is making involves all the areas of our life, the private and working ones: everything becomes increasingly smart, our phones, TV, cars and even our work. Smart working, which in recent years has been investing more and more companies and more and more workers, is a phenomenon that is accompanied by new demands for privacy, security, mobility and versatility.
To meet these needs on the occasion of Fuorisalone 2018, Dieffebi, leading company in the metal furniture sector, presents the new Echo Locker collection, the system of containers for personal but shared use with a the new construction concept, which allows the integration of various aesthetic, technological and aggregation solutions, such as the inclusion of an integrated lighting system and practical USB ports to charge mobile devices. Always very careful to take advantage of the innovative solutions made available by new technologies, Dieffebi has also applied a useful IoT locks system, which can be opened with a badge but also with mobile devices.
The Echo Lockers are characterized by an asymmetric striped graphic that eliminates the typical box effect of this type of product and allows their use in a wide variety of public spaces, such as lounge areas, libraries and cafés. In fact, these are the three environments in which Dieffebi has decided to transform its Milanese flagship store in via Milazzo in the Brera area, to show the potential of this type of furniture in all its possible uses.
In the special set-up designed specifically on the theme of the lockers there will also be the Primo Lockers and Trendline Silver collections, the lockable containers with a more traditional design, which allow to store documents, objects and personal accessories in total safety. Modular and sectional, these lockers are available in many sizes and finishes.
The offices change, but the tools used by the workers change too: the growing professional nomadism is the reign of Zainocracy, the neologism that expresses agile and interconnected working methods. Explained by Professor Leonardo Previ in his essay "From the Bureaucracy to the Zainocracy: scenarios for a fluid office", Zainocracy is the theory in which the protagonist is the backpack, symbol of the journey and the flexibility of each person, which Previ defines as a "traveling deposit of inexhaustible resources".
To assume a zainocratic approach, accessories are needed to improve, simplify and beautify every aspect of travel life: TUMI, travel luxury lifestyle brand part of the Samsonite Group, enrich the set-up with some of the products of the spring-summer collection, durable and suitable for life in motion, perfect for business and travel. TUMI suitcases, bags and backpacks will complete each of the staged settings, offering solutions that have a timeless design, the perfect mix of performance and style.
