Reference projects

Augustinus Bader x Lanserhof Dover street

The project was entirely constructed using computer-aided manufacturing, enabling the creation of non-linear geometries that fulfilled Augustinus Bader's demanding requirements within the limited ground floor space near the entrance foyer of the Lanserhof at The Arts Club. A curved wall clad in MIES R copper mesh draped over blue velvet upholstery separates various functional areas, which feature advanced technology for skin treatments and analysis. The spaces, enhanced by lighting and LED screens, provide a remarkable experience of fluid volumes that are efficient, intimate, and luxurious. Ultimately, the project showcases unique architecture that embodies the Augustinus Bader brand and its exceptional scientific foundations while harmonizing with the neighboring designs of the Lanserhof at The Arts Club.

The Embassy by Suïssa Joiers

The Embassy shopping center by Suissa Joiers is located in the "Diamant" building in Andorra La Vella. The building has four levels, covering an area of 2,000 m2 and a 23-meter-long facade divided into three large shop windows. Moom Architects renovated these windows to enhance the visibility of the commercial building. They enlarged the existing fronts and installed a large LED screen over the glass envelope. The exterior design reflects the high-end jewelry and watch shop inside, with walls covered in Codina Architectural's gold-painted stainless steel MIES R metal mesh. This 28 m2 architectural mesh is illuminated with LED lighting strips, creating a visually attractive presentation at street level.

Cinematheque of Catalonia

The Filmoteca de Catalunya is situated in the El Raval district of Barcelona. The building, designed by Josep Lluís Mateo, is made of concrete and features a basement where the cinema screens are located, as well as an adaptable space. To enhance natural light and create a sense of spaciousness, windows have been incorporated into the various façades and the roof. One of the windows features a custom-made stainless steel screen constructed from round wires and painted white, similar to the MIES R, TORROJA R, CODERCH R, and EIFFEL R models. This screen provides privacy for the building's occupants while also filtering natural light.
