The Miranda family of armchairs and stools with perforated backs is prominent within the Cattelan Italia chair collection for its originality and personality.
The body is packed with bespoke details, crafted with the utmost care and precision. The seat and backrest, modelled like two complementary shells, have a polygonal shape, enhanced by rounded edges and gentle curves. If this designer chair is a shell, it cannot but reveal a magnificent pearl inside, created, or rather extracted, by the designer, helped by the elliptical cavity in the backrest.
This chair with a hole in the back is also enhanced by soft ripples, like waves on the shore, which accentuate the feeling of comfort. The seat part has a distinct and welcoming curvature, which is further accentuated by the embossed stitching that matches the leather or fabric: a touch of elegance that highlights the craftsmanship with which it is made.
The small dining armchair is available in the Miranda Wood version, with a frame and legs in fine wood, as well as in the Miranda ML version, with steel legs that make the chair more slender and manoeuvrable.
To complete your room consistently, you can combine them with the Miranda Sgabello kitchen counter stools. As with other customisable seating families, the metal frame is available in different heights and shape variations, with shades to match the elegant leathers and fabrics in the sample collection.
The family is rounded off by the modern swivel armchair, Miranda Lounge, whose wide, rounded seat and metal base streamline its ample silhouette. This armchair is also available in a fixed version, with four metal legs.
