The horizontal segmentation reduces the radius in the interior of the garage in comparison to conventional, non-protruding up-and-over door designs. This enables the available space to be efficiently and optimally utilised. In addition, weight compensation by means of gas springs and industrial linear guides guarantees light and quiet door operation. The horizontal splitting combines the advantages of the conventional designs of non-protruding up-and-over doors and sectional door.
