The surprising and innovative design has an ingenious builtin mechanism: by simply turning the top part, the user can quickly and easily change the shape of the chair and therefore the sitting position from active to relaxed. The turning mechanism is cleverly hidden inside the striking design. The arm rests turn via a ‘lift’ system, which means that nothing rubs or squeaks and everything moves very quietly and smoothly. This armchair is made using cold foam, an extremely resilient material offering a high level of comfort and excellent durability. It is upholstered with the very special Divina fabric from Kvadrat but is also available in a leather model. The Senza is a conceptual design which can be developed further. For example, this armchair is also available without arm rests.
