The result of significant Research and Development activity, Shadow embodies a concentrate of state-of-the-art technologies in the lighting design sector. The LED source at its heart is located inside the fixture in order to produce a side emission that prevents direct glare. The modular design optical PMMA diffuser (Micro Ray Tech), developed according to the principle of light guides in the automotive sector, remarkably increases lumen output transmission, markedly decreasing the dispersion that normally occurs with a traditional indirect lighting fixture. The result is homogeneous superficial lighting and unequalled visual comfort. The Active Colour Balance system, moreover, acts on modulating the power employed on individual LEDs, assuring outgoing colour temperature homogeneity. The Shadow fixtures are available in the square and rectangular versions in five different sizes. Shadow can be employed not only as a signalling fixture for transit areas and pathways, but also in all settings which call for soft and relaxing light such as beauty parlours, hotel and restaurant lounges, or wellness centres. Unlike other competing products, Shadow is extremely thin, a feature which makes installation on very thin solid walls more convenient. The fixtures are available in the polished steel finish.
