THE SLENDER LIGHTWEIGHT THAT’S STRONG ON PERFORMANCE The DORMA Hüppe development team took on the significant challenge of achieving better sound insulation with a thinner partition wall – and solved the problem to impressive effect with the Variflex 88. The newly developed design exhibits an exceptionally high degree of imperviousness, complemented by optimized profiles and sealing strips to produce outstanding sound reduction values of up to Rw 58 dB. With a wall thickness is just 88 mm, the weight per unit area is also significantly reduced, bringing both structural and handling benefits.
