Located in Bushwick, a traditionally industrial area of Brooklyn, that is now making a residential transformation, the subject development comprises of two newly-constructed four-story residential buildings.

All units in the development are floor-through with north and south exposures. They are accessed by two central, double-loaded stairwells.

Upper floor one-bedroom units are configured with living rooms on the southern, street exposure and bedrooms on the northern, garden exposure. Ground floor duplex units are configured with all living and sleeping spaces facing the garden.

Juliette balconies to the street bring ample sunlight and a uniquely Bushwick street vibe into the living spaces of the upper floors. On the roof, a common lounge area with outdoor kitchen is provided, from which all residents and guests can enjoy unobstructed views of the Manhattan Skyline.
