The apartment has a large living and dining area, 2 large round tables for 8 people each near the large windows, and a gourmet kitchen that can be integrated with the living area. In the intimate areas we have 3 suites, one of which is the master (with 2 bathrooms, 2 closets) and the couple's office, which has access through the social area and the intimate area.
The atmosphere of warmth and spaciousness was designed for an elegant and cozy result. Kitchen and living, previously separated by walls, were integrated after the demolition of the masonry, removal of the window frames, and a large social area was materialized.
The proposed environments have the same language, changing only the compatible use for each space, so that the house has the same atmosphere and an integrated concept, the large windows allow the entry of natural lighting and ventilation, and the blue and green of the sky and sea, which contrasts with the neutral palette of the environment.
Natural materials, such as marble and wood, composed the apartment's coverings in a neutral and natural color palette.
