The original farmhouse consisted of a central body, which still exists today, and a barchessa, which was destroyed during World War II bombing. The building remained unused for years until it was purchased by a new family and subsequently restored.
Originally, the house belonged to the Dondi dell'Orologio family, a historical family of Padua, who placed the family coat of arms in the sottoportico. The restoration project rehabilitated the foundations, restored the masonry, maintaining it almost completely, and restored the roof with the replacement of some beams.
The house is almost entirely designed in bio-building and the interiors have a simple and elegant design, with pastel and natural tones.
