Casa Jardim

The purpose of this is to make a high standard residence with modern / contemporary style giving priority to environmentally friendly technologies. The needs program contains : 3 bedrooms , kitchen , dining room and TV, fully integrated , 1 half bath , laundry area , gourmet barbecue, swimming pool with hot tub , 2 car garage . The challenge of this project was to prioritize ventilation and natural lighting in all environments, especially in the rooms. Another point was to leave the pool area always with sunlight . Not forgetting the reservoir storm waters.
