Casa Paola is located in the Nuevo Quilmes neighborhood.
It is a contemporary residence built primarily in exposed concrete, featuring large glazed surfaces and a strong connection between the interior spaces and the outdoors.
Since the house is situated on a corner lot, and considering its orientation, the main entrance was positioned along one side of the property, opening the garden toward the corner. This approach creates a side entrance while enhancing the views and the relationship with the outdoor spaces.
The main garden is located along the side of the lot, which effectively functions as the backyard. Large glass openings create a seamless connection between the interior and the surrounding landscape.
Due to the limited size of the site, an accessible green roof terrace was incorporated, connected to the upper-floor playroom by an exterior staircase. This solution creates an additional outdoor living space while making the most of the available area.
