The project has two objectives: on the one hand, and dialectically interacts dynamically with the surrounding context, both the connotation of natural green park is artificial, urban and contemporary Quarter Island; on the other hand, gives body to a structure characterized by great flexibility of composition and organization, in full respect of public destination and functions identified. An architecture that shapes, materials and design, integrates and permeates in the green, while maintaining its definite individuality: a distance dialogue between artificial and natural. The building itself contains the souls formal and organizational of the park: the geometric rigor of the design of the meshes of the fields and the orderly organization curvilinear forest circular; However, it reverses the order and spatial relations and displacement: the plans are settled and are arranged vertically in overlapping; warps the closed circular logging is deconstruct opening in sinuous waves and irregular, which, like the natural scenery which surround, taking forms and aspects always different and define forms and public functions intended to evolve and change according to the needs of its users. The building is generated at the horizontal cut and emptying of three sections of a large volume, corresponding to the lot of intervention: is configured as a structure with trapezoidal base, composed by the superimposition of four identical platforms that extend up to the limits of the batch: platforms as outlined generate the terraces where the air, the light and the colors of the park can freely enter thanks to the lightness and transparency of the vertical elements and division. A set of irregular pillars chrome steel, positioned at the top of the intersections of a grid mesh-free forms the supporting structure: a real wood metal that echoes the liberal riquadrature fields surrounding the park: a dialectical reversal, therefore, the issue of trunk that tapers to become slender but sturdy cylindrical support, and a distance dialogue between the green artificial and constructed. At the same time, a replica of the wider network of road layouts and parterre, which enters into the architecture: vertically, but also horizontally, with the recovery, through the appeals steel resin floors polished, the route of the mesh lattice of the supports. The distribution of the interior spaces is inspired by botanical elements of the park, although couched sense. The curved line and closed forest is circular in this case the generating element of a series of undulating shapes and open, based on the maximum flexibility that, at each floor, go to compose a series of curved walls and transparent, according to the drawings always different . Without structural function, the walls curved glass close and divide only virtually environments: not only for their continuous adaptability over time with new functions and needs, but also for the visual opening that they allow, thanks to their transparency to the context surrounding greenery. The view of the surrounding green is clearly perceptible from every point of view and even more appreciable by the wide views guaranteed throughout the perimeter. Transparency and continuity of the interior visually substantiates the exchange between utilities, the possibility of dialogue and meeting between cultures and generations, while ensuring sound insulation, heat and individual comfort. The building is configured in fact as a kind of organism in continuous evolution: not only to form and function, and for its brand themselves as wrapping, but also for its valences inherent technical and technological, who focus on the values of environmental sustainability. A building that is not only housing, but that is first of all an organism and a space that breathes. It provides in fact a model of building able to limit emissions of carbon dioxide in the atmosphere.
