The Duke Golf Course has a thoroughbred heritage from providing an army camp to the Romans, a hunting venue in the middle ages, for the Dukes of Brabant, and now a prestigious but welcoming golf and business venue. The owners of ‘The Duke’ wanted to recreate and compliment the historical appeal, whilst eager to deliver a fresh and new interior, chose reclaimed timber from Dennebos. Reclaimed timber from Dennebos is produced using the latest technical standards, providing an old ‘new’ engineered board that is very stable, resulting in a less likely appearance of gaps and cupping. This very special product from Dennebos is unique in its production process and ideal for use with underfloor heating systems, providing solutions to today’s interior needs. In addition the owners of ‘The Duke’ were delighted with their environmental choice, knowing that no trees were removed from their natural habitat, but reformed to create this beautiful floor.
