New Life

Penner & Associates Architects as Architects

This project aimed to renovate the outdated interior hallways and lobbies of a high-end condominium in Pittsburgh. New carpet, ceiling tile, lighting, and finishes update the public space to create an elegant modern design. Our design divided the long space into different zones to break up the lengthy monotony. We finished the two elevator lobbies with stone tile and wood ceiling tiles to differentiate them from the rest of the hall. Each apartment's main door is emphasized by a painted door surround with it's own downlight, creating a more formal entry to each living space.
