Coveme headquaters

The first goal of the project is linked to the optimization of the resources with a first focus on energetic efficiency and environmental sustainability using renewable energy sources and differentiating between the energy saving techniques in summer and winter. The cantilever building structures and the overhanging floors create terraces and shade in case of overexposure. The courtyard is covered with a glass roof ventilated with grills and can be directed depending on the different climate conditions.
