e-Serve Global Processing Center

Somaya and Kalappa as Architects

e-serve Global Processing Centre is one of the leading call centres in Mumbai. It is designed to accommodate 2500 workstations in 1,60,000 s.ft built up area. The concept of the project was based on the fact that the average age group is between 20-25 years- it had to be young and vibrant. The entrance lobby with the huge fish tank and high ceiling creates a ‘wow’ factor. The cafeteria is the inviting and cheerful with use of primary colors like yellow, blue and red. The artwork on the six meter walls and columns adds a different dimension to the space. In addition colorful carpets, walls, upholstery and inspirational posters, artworks and cheerful breakout spaces add to the special qualities of this B.P.O.
