Art, Culture, and Tea

Hejidesign as Architects

Hejidesign partnered with East Asia Qianhai once again to add a bit of cultural and artistic flair to their sales area.

The image on the door uses the same color as the East Asia Qianhai’s corporate bond — a light gray panel with a red logo. Fully transparent floor-to-ceiling glass panels create an open and collaborative feeling, and offer a glimpse into the company’s quiet, focused atmosphere.

A pure white color scheme penetrates the reception area, which also serves as a multi-functional open space. Visitors are immediately greeted with a snow white marble reception desk, which will later also include an espresso bar. The company logo shines through soft white background lights, filling the reception area with a soft, welcoming glow.

Teahouse culture serves as the main inspiration for the meeting space. Mimicking traditional teahouse decor, the sepia-colored paneled ceiling stretches to meet light-grey aluminum paneled walls — enriching the modern space with traditional design.

A tea set sits at the focal point of the black chairs and long, eggshell-colored stone table, transforming the room into a place clients can enjoy tea and good conversation— rather than merely conduct business transactions.

The global commercial industry is becoming gradually more diverse. We redefined space in a way that broke through traditional thinking, while still staying true to the company’s central image.
