The project 'El Patio' in the heart of Munich used to be an old 1960s warehouse with 300m2. Now it's a spacious Loft apartment. The warehouse was used as a photo studio for around ten years. Back in the day the client built the white cube with two integrated bathrooms. The cube was integrated into the new designs with dark lamellas, which are found again in the bedroom right across the room.
The bedroom is visible from the living area through a big glass window. When privacy is wanted, you can switch the window to milky.
Another highlight is the french herringbone in smoked oak as well as the walnut details you find through out the apartment.
