The customer is entrepreneur who go for agricultural production (chickens(eggs), pigs rearing). His wife is a design student at the art college and she is many years explicitly interested in furniture design. A three member family house. A house was build on the Minija valley slope. House image of a fire place from a huge logs or like the Noah‘s ship where the family with all their belongings and animals moved from the city. STRUCTURE AND MATERIALS

- The constructive of a building is monolithic reinforced concrete and steel frame - 15 meters long console is monolithic reinforced concrete constructive - SCHUCO aluminum glass facade system - A larch board facade decorative skin is not planed, not impregnated - Floor covering- concrete facture stone tiles and three layers coating oak boards - Bathrooms decoration- concrete impregnated with a epoxy resin - Geothermal heating - Outdoor trails and access roads is from basalt stone blocks - BULTHAUP kitchen - Inside furniture is individual local production


 The project was nominated for the competition European Union Prize For Contemporay Architecture in the Mies van der Rohe Award 2007 exhibition.  RECOGNIZED AMONG COLLEAGUES Diploma from the exhibition - competition Architecture of Individual Houses 2005 organised by the Lithuanian Union of Architects and The Lithuanian Union of Architects and Doleta for a private residential house in Utriai village, Klaipëda region.
